Open Account:
A Credit Application must be submitted for approval along with an opening order. The opening order must meet or exceed $1000. Upon approval, a credit limit will be applied to the customer account. No credit application will be processed without an accompanying qualifying opening order.

Annual purchases must meet or exceed $2000 to maintain an open account status.
Return Policy:
No product will be accepted for return without a return goods authorization (RGA) being issued by an authorized Pan American Screw, Inc® sales representative. This RGA must accompany any shipments coming back to Pan American for return. A return to stock fee of 20% will apply to returns that are deemed customer error. The customer will be responsible for the return freight as well.
