Shipping and Freight Policies

Product is shipped F.O.B. one of our stocking locations (See chart below for prepaid conditions). All orders with special shipping instructions must be faxed or emailed to ensure accuracy. We reserve the right to over or undership line items by up to 10%. All claims for errors or shortages must be received within 10 days from the reciept date. Shortages due to damage will not be credited unless the damage is noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
