Cold Formed Specials  In addition to the many standard screws offered by ROBERTSON INC. and PAN AMERICAN SCREW INC. we also have the ability to manufacture cold formed specialty fasteners. The cold forming process can provide complex special screws at lower in place costs, with high quality close tolerances and material savings.

On site Toolmaking Facilities Give Greater Flexibility ROBERTSON INC. and PAN AMERICAN SCREW INC. have modern on site tool making facilities capable of making a complete range of cold heading tools including the Robertson® and Recex® heading punches.

As a result all carbide and high-speed steel tooling can be manufactured to our stringent specifications and quality standards without dependence on outside suppliers for quality, delivery, design specifications or cost efficiencies. This flexibility also enables us to efficiently produce all sizes of screwdriver tips as well as all Robertson® and Recex® punches.

In a nutshell, we make the tools to produce the screws. We also make the tools and screwdriver bits to drive the screws. It’s a start-to-finish package that assures the product consistency and quality that are the hallmark of all Robertson® Fastening Systems
